By registering for, attending, or participating in any Chronic Boss (“CB”) mastermind event, program, or associated community space (including Slack), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions and Community Rules.
1. No Refunds or Exchanges
All sales are final.
There are absolutely no refunds, credits, or exchanges under any circumstances, including but not limited to non-attendance, partial attendance, scheduling conflicts, illness, or removal due to violation of these Terms.
2. Right to Remove or Restrict Participation
These actions may be taken without refund if behavior is disruptive, harmful, disrespectful, or inconsistent with CB values, rules, or community standards.
3. Slack Channel Participation
Participation in CB Slack channels is a privilege, not a right.
CB reserves the right to:
Slack participation is governed by the same rules and expectations as CB mastermind events.

- Chronic Boss (CB) reserves the sole and absolute right to:
- Remove any individual from a mastermind event, virtual or in-person, at any time.
- Remove any individual from the CB Slack channel or any other CB-managed community space.
- Deny future access to CB events, programs, or communities.
These actions may be taken without refund if behavior is disruptive, harmful, disrespectful, or inconsistent with CB values, rules, or community standards.
3. Slack Channel Participation
Participation in CB Slack channels is a privilege, not a right.
CB reserves the right to:
- Moderate conversations
- Remove content or messages
- Remove individuals from Slack at any time, with or without notice
Slack participation is governed by the same rules and expectations as CB mastermind events.
4. Community Standards
A. Solutions-Oriented Dialogue
- Chronic Boss is a solutions-oriented, growth-focused community.
- Conversations should emphasize forward progress, strategy, learning, and constructive discussion.
- While challenges may be acknowledged, Chronic Boss is not a support group.
- Ongoing venting, grievance-focused dialogue, or content that shifts the community away from solution-building is not permitted.
B. No Political Discussions
To maintain an inclusive and respectful environment:
Political discussions are not permitted in any CB spaces, including events, Slack, or online forums.
This includes political parties, candidates, policies, or politically charged topics.
C. No Excessive Self-Promotion or Solicitation
The Mastermind sessions and associated Slack community are intended for collaboration, learning, and peer support—not advertising. Participants may not use sessions, Slack channels, or direct messages to repeatedly promote, pitch, or solicit their own products, services, programs, events, or offerings. Sharing resources is permitted when genuinely relevant to the discussion and not primarily promotional. Chronic Boss reserves the right to remove promotional content and, in cases of repeated or egregious violations, revoke community access without refund.
D. Respectful Conduct
All members are expected to:
Engage respectfully and professionally
Maintain confidentiality within mastermind spaces
Avoid harassment, discrimination, or harmful behavior
Violations may result in immediate removal without refund.
This distinction is a core part of the Chronic Boss experience.
5. Medical Disclaimer
- Chronic Boss does not provide medical advice.
- All content shared through CB is for informational purposes only.
- No information provided by CB is intended to replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
- Always consult a qualified healthcare provider regarding medical concerns.
- Do not delay or disregard medical advice because of information shared through CB.
6. Assumption of Risk; No Professional Advice
Participant understands and agrees that the Mastermind is intended for educational, informational, and peer-support purposes only.
Chronic Boss and its representatives are not medical providers, mental health professionals, therapists, financial advisors, attorneys, or licensed healthcare practitioners. No content shared within the Mastermind, whether by Chronic Boss or other participants, constitutes medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice.
Participant acknowledges that discussions may include topics related to chronic illness, mental health, personal growth, and business development, which may be emotionally sensitive or triggering. Participant voluntarily assumes all risks associated with participation in the Mastermind.
Participant agrees that they are solely responsible for their physical, mental, emotional, and financial well-being and for seeking appropriate professional support where necessary.
7. Crisis Disclaimer
The Mastermind is not a crisis support service. Chronic Boss does not provide emergency mental health or medical intervention.
If Participant is experiencing a medical emergency, mental health crisis, or is in danger of harming themselves or others, Participant agrees to immediately contact local emergency services or an appropriate crisis resource, including 988 within the United States.
Chronic Boss assumes no responsibility for monitoring or responding to crisis situations.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Chronic Boss shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to participation in the Mastermind.
Chronic Boss makes no guarantees regarding outcomes, results, health improvements, business performance, income generation, or personal development.
In no event shall the total liability of Chronic Boss arising out of or relating to the Mastermind exceed the total amount paid by Participant to Chronic Boss for the Mastermind during the six (6) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Participant agrees that any claim must be brought in an individual capacity and not as part of a class action.
9. Indemnification
Participant agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Chronic Boss its members, officers, employees, contractors, and representatives from and against any and all claims, demands, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to:
(a) Participant’s conduct within the Mastermind;
(b) Participant’s violation of these Terms;
(c) Participant’s reliance on information shared by other participants; or
(d) Any dispute between Participant and another participant.
10. Dispute Resolution; Binding Arbitration
In the event of any dispute arising out of or relating to the Mastermind or these Terms, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally through good-faith discussion.
If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration conducted in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
Participant agrees that arbitration shall be conducted on an individual basis only and not as a class, collective, or representative action.
Participant understands and agrees that by agreeing to arbitration, both parties waive the right to a trial by jury.
Each party shall bear its own attorneys’ fees unless otherwise required by law.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
12. Agreement
By participating in any Chronic Boss event or community space, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and Community Rules.
