Exploring the practice of living well—on and off the mat

Ann Marie is a certified yoga instructor, women’s health advocate, and freelance marketing professional. She first discovered yoga as a way to ease chronic muscle tension and later became certified to better understand how to adapt the practice for her own body. Since then, she has earned additional certifications in prenatal yoga, pelvic floor yoga, and trauma-conscious yoga. Living with endometriosis and related co-conditions inspired Ann Marie to expand her wellness toolkit beyond yoga and develop a truly integrated approach to healing, wellness, and life. Her advocacy is fueled by her experiences with delayed diagnosis, misdiagnosis, and the limited (often misguided) treatments currently available for her conditions. Through her column, she brings all of this together to support readers in cultivating awareness, self-trust, and holistic well-being on their own terms.
